Established Businesses With No Time to Learn AI
Most established businesses did not skip AI because they doubt it. They skipped it because nobody had time to work out where it fits.
A Good Fit
- Established, owner-led businesses with a working sales process
- Teams where new inquiries wait hours for a call back
- Offices copying the same information between several systems
- Owners who spend a day a week pulling numbers together by hand
- Home services, trades, real estate investing and professional services
Probably Not a Fit
- Businesses looking for a custom AI product to sell
- Teams that want AI to make decisions without human review
- Anyone wanting cold texting or calling without consent
The Program in 45 Seconds
A short narrated walk-through of the three phases, and the guardrails every agent ships with.

AI Foundations is Skyfall's hands-on AI adoption program for established, owner-led businesses. First, an AI readiness audit. We map your workflows, tools and data, and rank the quick wins by value and effort.
Next, we build three to five working AI agents inside the tools you already use, like fast lead response, reminders and CRM updates. Then training, written SOPs and guardrails, so your team actually uses them. Every agent has an owner and an off switch, and calls and texts go out only with consent.
Agents take the repetitive work. People keep the decisions. Tell us where the repetitive work piles up, at skyfallcapital.io.
Three Phases, in Order
Each phase stands on its own. You can stop after any one of them.
AI Readiness Audit
We map your workflows, tools and data, find where time and leads leak, and rank the quick wins by value and effort. You get a written plan naming the first 3 to 5 agents worth building.
Phase 1Foundations Build
We build 3 to 5 working AI agents and automations inside your real workflow and tools, test them with your team, and launch them with clear on and off switches.
Phase 2Adoption and Training
Role-based team training, written SOPs, guardrails and compliance checks, then regular optimization so the agents keep improving after launch.
Phase 3Agents We Build Most Often
The audit decides which of these come first. Most businesses start with lead response.
- Leads
Speed-to-Lead Calls and Texts
New inquiries get a fast first response, qualified with your questions, with consent and opt-outs handled.
- Quality
Call QA and Scoring
Recorded calls are transcribed and scored against your own standard, so managers coach from evidence.
- Scheduling
Appointment Setting and Reminders
Agents book onto your live calendar, then confirm and remind so the visit actually happens.
- Data
CRM Hygiene
Contacts, stages and notes are updated automatically, and duplicates and stale deals are flagged.
- Reporting
Reporting Dashboards
The numbers the owner asks for every week, assembled automatically from the systems you already run.
- Documents
SOP Drafting
First drafts of SOPs, proposals and training material, written from your own documents.
Adoption, Compliance and Pricing
An agent nobody trusts does not get used, so every agent ships with a written SOP: what it does, who owns it, what it may change and how to switch it off. Calls and texts go out only with proper consent, opt-outs are honoured, and callers are told when they are speaking with an AI agent. Customer data stays in your own accounts.
Every phase is scoped and priced in writing before work starts. The audit is a fixed fee, credited toward the Foundations Build if you go ahead. The Build is priced per project, and ongoing optimization is a monthly retainer. Not ready for the full program? A pilot puts one automation into one workflow in about two weeks. Software and usage costs, such as phone minutes, are billed at cost or paid by you directly.
We Run Our Own Business on These Agents
Steven Cook led the move from manual lead handling to AI-assisted operations at a Utah real estate investment company. Skyfall now runs its own operations on the same kind of agents: AI voice agents that answer and qualify callers and book appointments, automated lead routing, and dashboards that assemble themselves.
No Promised Results
No invented case studies and no fake testimonials. Outcomes depend on your business and on adoption; we agree what to measure in the audit and report against it.
Questions About AI Foundations
Do we need technical staff?
No. We build and connect the agents, and the training in Phase 3 is written for the people who will use them, not for engineers.
Will AI replace my team?
That is not the goal. Agents take the repetitive work, such as first responses, reminders and data entry, so your people spend their time on customers and decisions. People keep every decision that matters.
Which tools do you work with?
We build inside the phone, calendar, CRM and reporting tools you already use wherever we can, and we tell you in the audit when a tool is the real problem.
Is this the same as your AI tools service?
AI Foundations is the full program for a whole team. If you only need one tool, such as AI call answering, see our services.
How do we start?
Send a short email describing your business and the work you want off your team's plate. We reply within two business days.
