Businesses With Spanish-Speaking Customers or Teams
Any business that wants its customers and staff to understand it clearly, whether it sells to homeowners, patients, clients or partners.
A Good Fit
- Service companies whose customers or crews prefer Spanish
- Practices and counselors who need a live interpreter for sessions
- Businesses launching bilingual websites, brochures or ads
- Teams that need policies, forms or training material in both languages
What We Don't Do
- Certified or sworn translation
- Court, deposition or other legal proceedings
- Languages other than Spanish and English
The Service in 40 Seconds
A short narrated overview of what we translate, how projects are quoted, and the limits we keep.

Skyfall provides business translation and live interpretation, in both directions, between Spanish and English. Every project is led by our co-founder, Laura Lineros Cook. Documents, websites, marketing, call scripts and customer messages, plus live interpretation for meetings and confidential sessions.
We translate for meaning and tone, so it reads as if it was written in that language first. Every project is quoted in writing before work starts. We do not provide certified, sworn or court translation.
Send the language direction and your deadline to skyfallcapital.io.
Translation and Interpretation, Both Directions
Good translation reads as if it was written in that language first. Laura translates for meaning and tone, not word for word, so a quote, a policy or a web page sounds natural to the person reading it.
- Documents: letters, forms, policies and customer materials
- Live interpretation: meetings, calls, and confidential counseling and therapy sessions
- Websites and marketing: pages, brochures, email and social posts
- Customer communications: quotes, reminders and service instructions
- For home-service companies: bilingual call scripts and ad copy, from a team that knows the trades
- Confidentiality: everything you share is used only for the work and kept private

Tell Us What You Need
Send the material or describe the session: language direction, audience, length and deadline.
Step 1Quote in Writing
You get a written price and delivery date before any work starts. No surprises.
Step 2Translate or Interpret
Laura leads every project. For live sessions we agree the format, timing and any terms the interpreter should know in advance.
Step 3Review and Deliver
You review the translation and ask questions. We revise until the meaning is right, then deliver in the format you need.
Step 4Led by Laura Lineros Cook
Laura is a co-founder and managing partner of Skyfall and is fluent in Spanish and English. She owns language and the relationship with Spanish-speaking customers: document translation, live interpretation, and the bilingual websites, call scripts and ad copy that let a business serve people in the language they prefer. Meet the team.
Because Skyfall also works with home-service companies on lead generation and operations, we know how a bilingual call script, a quote and a service reminder need to read for a homeowner, not just for a dictionary.
Translation Questions
Is your translation certified?
No. We provide business translation and interpretation. If you need certified or sworn translation, for example for immigration or court filings, use a certified translator.
Can you interpret therapy or counseling sessions?
Yes. Laura interprets live sessions and treats everything said as confidential. We agree the format and timing with the counselor in advance.
Which direction do you translate?
Both, Spanish to English and English to Spanish. Many projects need both: a customer letter goes out in Spanish, and the reply comes back for your team in English.
Do you only work with home-service companies?
No. We translate for any business, practice or organization that serves Spanish speakers. Home services is simply where Skyfall's roots run deepest, so we know its vocabulary well.
How is a project priced?
Every project is quoted in writing before work starts, based on length, complexity and deadline. Live interpretation is quoted by the session.
Can you translate our website?
Yes. We translate the pages, menus, forms and meta text, and can rewrite marketing copy so it works in Spanish rather than reading as a translation.
Need Something Translated?
Email us the language direction, what needs translating or interpreting, and when you need it. We reply within two business days.
